Elizabeth is founder and principal of E-Tan Consulting and has dedicated her academic and professional career to the advancement of environmental, social and economic justice.

She’s worked for more than 25 years in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors to define and advance equity agendas at the local, regional, state and national level. Prior to consulting, Elizabeth held leadership roles at Urban Habitat and French American Charitable Trust. She has a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies/Environmental Justice from the University of Montana.
