Naomi is founder and principal of NK Strategies, bringing 20+ years of local government leadership experience, including nine years as a City Administrator for the City and County of San Francisco.

Naomi advises large institutions around increasing workplace and operational efficiencies, increased customer service and employee engagement through data informed strategy, organization design and change management through an equitable, racially diverse and inclusive lens. She has a JD from University of San Francisco.
