Nellis is founder and principal of Asdzą́ą́ Consulting (Navajo word for woman), through which she brings 15+ years of experience in the non-profit, federal government and tribal government sectors.

‍Nellis excels at designing and delivering on complex projects and initiatives for enhancing racial equity, environmental justice and inclusion. Prior to consulting, Nellis was the director of equity, inclusion and justice and a campaigner at Sierra Club and co-executive director of Honor the Earth. She has a JD from the University of New Mexico.
